- - Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will provide process support to the manufacturing group, enabling product development and manufacturing efficiency and quality improvement to be achieved
- Oversee process control by setting SOCs for process lines and process improvement to ensure productivity and quality improvement
- Responsible for process troubleshooting to ensure smooth and efficient production
- Responsible for new product and process development and introduction which include process specification, trials and commissioning
- Responsible for Production supplies technical and commercial evaluation and vendor qualification.
- Provide technical & training support to both manufacturing and AP sales force
- Responsible for Process capital requirement coordination, line capacity (Manufacturing Cost etc).
- Responsible for Quality Assurance tasks (coordinating quality complaints, liaise with customer etc) - Requirements :
- - Degree in Science or Engineering, majoring in Chemical Engineering, Plastic Science or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a plastic processing environment. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in English
- Computer literate
- Ability to work with minimal supervision - Lowest Qualification :
