- 1) To assist supervisor in supervising and managing the function of warehouse and logistics;
2) Ensure products are delivered on time and correctly to customers;
3) Ensure all inventory transaction being updated on timely basis and inventory records being filed properly;
4) Ensure the completeness of delivery notes returned with proper acknowledgement from customer;
5) Ensure goods availability at all times by monitoring minimum and maximum level of inventory and coordinate with production / material department on the replenishment; and
6) Ensure proper handling, storage and preservation of goods are in line with the company’s guidelines and quality policy.
- Requirements :
- • STPM / Diploma;
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity in a manufacturing environment;
• Proficient in computer Microsoft Office (Word and Excel);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
