Description :: - To set up, improve and maintain the implementation of quality management systems of
ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100.
- To obtain the NADCAP special processes approval/certification (Chemical Processing,
NDT, Shot Peen, Heat Treatment etc).
- To ensure all First Article Inspection approved by customer/ authority.
- To Chair Material Review Board (MRB) Meeting, approve Material Review Board
disposition, investigate the root cause of defects, to monitor and to control Corrective
- Actions taken, produce defect report for management and related function.
- To act as a Liaison Officer for Customer Representatives and - Authorities (local and
international) on Process matters (Precutting, Machining - Conventional/ NC/ CNC, sheet
metal forming, tube bending, stretch forming, hot joggling, heat treating, mechanical
surface treatment wet/dry blasting, shot peening, chemical surface treatment, painting).
- Manages manufacturing quality activity, providing direction and coordination to the
operations of personnel engaged in quality management in producing metallic products
for aerospace applications in a safe and efficient manner to meet customer quality
requirements.
- Ensures compliance with aerospace quality standards, systems and processes.
- Drive the continuous improvement.
- Ensures adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping
practices.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
- Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics),
- Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Metal
- Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or
equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the Quality - - - Management in Manufacturing
- Environment is required for this position
- Experience working with aerospace metallic materials (stainless, nickel, titanium,
aluminium, tool steels).
- Minimum of 5 years managementlevel experience that includes supervision.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Quality - ------ -_Control/Assurance or equivalent.
