Description :: - Manages manufacturing activity, providing direction and - coordination to the operations of
several diverse manufacturing sections engaged in producing metallic products for
aerospace applications in a safe and efficient manner to meet customer delivery
schedules.
- Directing manufacturing and quality engineering, directing production schedules,
personnel development and overall business performance.
- Plans manufacturing operations and activities, organizing programs to plan, schedule,
support and improve manufacturing efforts.
- Schedules delivery requirements, maintaining a scheduled workflow to meet quoted
customer need dates of hardware.
- Provides supervision to a variety of manufacturing operations including processing,
fabrication, forming, machining, heat treatment, surface treatment, NDT, teasting, and
assembly of metallic parts.
- Ensures compliance with aerospace quality standards, systems and processes.
- Makes and submits recommendations of capital needs to PHN senior management to
support current and future business growth.
- Ensures adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping
practices
Requirements :: - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in a manufacturing environment is required for
this position.
- Experience working with aerospace metallic materials (stainless, nickel, titanium,
aluminum, tool steels).
- Minimum of 5 years managementlevel experience that includes supervision.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Aviation/Aircraft - Maintenance or equivalent.
- FullTime position(s) available.
