Description :: Reports to the QC/LAB Assistant Manager
Ensures that sampling and testing are performed according to the quality plan.
Performs all laboratory tests according to documented standards.
Reports any nonconformances found as a result of laboratory tests.
Conducts environmental and swab sampling as planned.
Prepares new product samples as requested by marketing team.
Ensures that reagents, glass wares, and other consumables are maintained with sufficient
supply
Member of HACCP and Food Defense Team
Maintains laboratory housekeeping, controls, issues and maintains records of chemicals
Requirements :: a) Degree or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology (Food)
b) Min 3 years’ relevant working experience.
c) Able to work in fast paced environment and perform under pressure.
d) Good Communication skills with leadership qualities.
e) Must be willing to work in PTP, Johor.
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
