Description :: '- To lead and manage a team of QS.
- Pre and post tendering activities.
- Taking off.
- Monitoring on all contract administration related documents.
- Verify the montly progress claims as prepared by QS.
- Verify the montly subcontractors' claims as prepared by QS.
- To check and verify the variation order as prepared by QS.
- Able to meet tight deadline, work under pressure and work independently.
- Able to communicate & coordinate effectively with client, consultants, construction team and subcontractors.
- Able to handle an individual project
Requirements :: '- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey Only.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers/Senior Quatity Surveying who specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
