-To carry out all the devices failure analysis.
-To carry out the die matching evaluation, in order to achieve the high prime yield.
-To hold a weekly meeting with Test process engineers to improve the test yield
-To work with product development engineers on new product phase in production.
-To carry out and coordinate all the yield improvement evaluation.
Requirements :: Requirement
-Degree in Production Engineering or the sciences with at least 8 years in semiconductor field.
-Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
