Description :: 1. To troubleshoot/repair bad cells and send out captured drive to customer on daily basis.
2. To liaise with customer on bad cell repair status, shipment status and issue for root cause finding for improvement.
3. FRIT process monitoring and improvement.
4. To liaise with production for the issue and improvement.
5. Overall process troubleshooting and first level analysis to feedback to related parties incharge.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or IT is preferable.
2. At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in a contract manufacturing environment with strong branding exposure.
3. Proficient in english.
4. Preferably knowledge of troubleshooting/repair skills for process/system/software/hardware
