Description :: 1. Conduct the M&E coordination meeting and technical meeting in fortnightly.
2. Inspect and identify potential defects with regards to M & E installations and recommend repair methods.
3. Monitor and inspect work undertaken by contractors.
4. Manage and coordinate the M & E activities in accordance to the M&E and Architectural drawings and specifications.
5. Carry out inspection on all works done by the contractor in accordance to standards,
6. specifications and consultant’s drawings.
7. Ensure that the design and maintenance of M & E systems meets legislative and health and safety requirements
8. Report and assist to resolve any dispute and technical queries with reference to the
consultants, the Senior Manager/Directors.
9. Implementation control quality in all M & E activities.
10. Attend site meetings and tool box meeting.
11. Evaluate monthly progress claims.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Mechanical)or equivalent.
2. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical / Mechanical or
equivalent.
3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
4. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Applicants must be willing to work in Penang - Batu Kawan.
6. Start working immediately will be an advantages.
