Description :: 1. Maintain the day-to-day operations and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset: equipment, of the property under the direction of the Engineering/ Operations Manager.
2. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
3. Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed by the Engineering Manager.
4. Work within expense limits established.
5. Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
6. Schedule and complete the ""Preventative Maintenance Program"".
7. Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
8. Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
9. Assist in special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined
Requirements :: 1. Comprehensive skill and knowledge of current practices and procedures involved in the maintenance and repair of works from equivalent food or medical or pharmaceutical or electronic industries
2. Comprehensive knowledge of all equipment used in system maintenance and repairs
3. Good knowledge of safety regulations, practices and procedures applicable to work unit
4. Ability to prepare accurate and reliable reports containing findings, observations and conclusions on parking facilities maintenance activities
5. Ability to work cooperatively, communicate effectively, and to maintain effective internal and external customer relations to accomplish job responsibilities
