- - In-charge of sales and the development of company products for Northern area.
- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve overall annual sales targets for the department.
- Manage and maintain relationship of existing customers and develop new accounts.
- Develop new targets development for department.
- Monitor competitors' activities and manage payment collection.
- Stimulate and prepare costing of each products handling to ensure achievement of Gross Profit.
- In addition to responsibilities such as meeting sales targets, building good rapport with customers and securing new business opportunities, you will be expected to implement strategies based on customer needs, market intelligence and company's objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer production and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning so as to achieve stock turnover time.
- Inventory Control : To achieve appropriate stock holding within monthly average stock sales over revenue and deplete them within three months.
- Monitor and manage customers’ forecast and inventories to ensure the customers’ demand can be met in order to minimize the warehouse rental cost and prevent occurrence of over stock. - Requirements :
- - Age below 28 years.
- Degree in Polymer Engineering / any discipline with knowledge in plastics or industrial products.
- Experience in Industrial sales will be an added advantage.
- Proactive, self-starter and result oriented.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- A good team player
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin. - Lowest Qualification :
