- -Responsible for the planning, execution and management of new projects from inception to completion within stipulated time frame & in cost effective manner
-Lead and manage the team, and liaise and coordinate with customers, suppliers and other department within the company to ensure the projects achieved the required specifications
-Lead and manage the team to support any improvement, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of molds in the production
-Prepare updates & reports on project progress & work improvement activities for management review - Requirements :
- -Possess Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering / Precision Tools & Dies Technology from recognized Institutes
-Candidates must have at least 5 years experience in managerial level & minimum 10 years hands on experience in precision mold making industry
-Possess good interpersonal & communication skills and leadership quality with ability to motivate & sustain high level of team work among team members
-Initiative & responsive driven couple with strong analytical skill & problem solving ability - Lowest Qualification :
