- 1) Ensure non-conforming parts are properly identified and segregated as well as to follow-up on the disposition of the parts.
2) Assist QC Engineer in training of QC Inspector.
3) To check associated quality records and make reports on any failure that leads to non-conformity.
4) Conduct analysis using the X-ray machine, CMM, XRF etc. as per procedure and to report on the analysis results.
5) Maintain associated quality records for safe keeping and easy retrieval.
- Requirements :
- 1) Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Engineering/Sciences.
2) At least 1 year of working experience in QA/QC environment.
3) Experience in using test equipment. E.g: CMM, XRF, Spectrometer, X-Ray and etc. will be an added advantage.
