- 1. To study tender documents/specifications and take off quantity from tender drawings
2. To prepare costing based on bill of quantities and specifications
3. To estimate costing for tendering
4. To send out price inquiries and obtain quotations from suppliers an subcontractors
5. To compile and prepare price analysis received from suppliers and subcontractors for comparison
6. Sourcing of suppliers and specialist subcontractors
7. To attend meeting with consultants, suppliers or subcontractors to verify drawing or pricing information
8. To prepare and compile documentation for tender submission
9. To attend tender technical clarification/ interview/ price rationalization and site visits as per tender requirements (if any)
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad.
3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
4. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
