- 1. To perform functional and non-functional testing.
2. To define, develop test strategy and plan for new or updated software projects according to the established standard and product specifications.
3. To plan, develop, execute, and update test cases on an ongoing basis until testing stage signed off.
4. To write SQL queries to analyze data in relational database.
5. To log software defects and perform tracking throughout the defect process until closure.
6. To provide test status update in a timely manner.
7. To analyze, document, highlight potential test risk and work closely with Software Development Team to identify and resolve the technical problems.
8. To ensure the testing processes, procedures, and established standard are complied throughout the testing process
- Requirements :
- 1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology / Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication / Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent.
2. Possess at least two (2) years of working experience in the related field.
3. Familiar with test methodologies and database environment.
4. Experience or exposure in testing for Microsoft-based / web-based/ front end application / Client server / mobile application is essential.
5. Basic knowledge in Microsoft .NET development environment / C or C++ programming / Microsoft Visual Basic exposure/ general RDBMS knowledge / SQL scripting experience / JavaScript / HTML5 would be added advantages.
6. Excellent in both written and spoken English.
