- • Assist to lead Process Engineering Department.
• Coordinate related activities among engineers.
• Initiate improvement program for Process Engineering Department.
• Undertake new project.
• Prepare process related documents (work instruction, process flow, PFMEA, control plan, DFM & etc).
• Design & control of PCBA/Box build process.
• Selection and qualification of new indirect or sub -material required for manufacturing of product.
• Perform failure analysis & implement improvement plan.
• Design of stencil & jigs/tools.
• Exceed performance goals set for safety, equipment uptime, cost, productivity, quality and yield in a LVHM and/or HVM environment through detailed engineering analysis.
• Driver for product's yield and quality improvement activities.
• Key person for product prototype run and drive for improvement before mass production build.
• Process improvement & line balancing for new and existing products.
• Coordinate for new lines set up and process change.
- Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiar with SMT(BGA, CSP, Flip Chip, PoP, 0603/01005 assembly, corresponding rework process & underfill) process or box build process.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in related industry.
• Familiar with COB process will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team work.
• Computer literature. Familiar with gerber viewing software,3D Solid Works,Pro-E will be an added advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Sungai Petani. - Lowest Qualification :
