Description :: - Liaison with customer and internal to resolve the quality issues.
prepare APQP / PPAP for customers' approval.
- Conduct quality meetings to ensure effective corrective actions.
- Liaise with production for all quality problems related to parts manufacturing.
- Prepare a Control Plan for evaluation and inspection of each new part/ manufacturing process.
- Responsible for reviewing and approving of first piece samples prior to production.Assist
- To ensure that calibration systems (Internal and External) for inspection and measuring equipments/tools are controlled and maintained accordingly.
- Assist QA Manager to identify areas of needs for statistical techniques and determine the procedures for statistical process control when the need arises.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post
Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Metal Fabrication/ Tool and Die/
Welding)) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry of metal stamping or sheet metal fabrication
will be advantageous.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of CMM/ ISO9001/ ISO14001/ISO13485 will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, high integrity and able to work independently
