Description :: 1. Responsible for mechanical and electrical project management ,supervision and engineering for industrial,commercial & housing
2. Supervise or coordinate Mechanical & Electrical works
3. Prepare claim and monitor for M&E Sub-Contractors
4. Liaison with Consultant regarding M&E Sub-Contractors.
5. Attend meeting with Consultants,Client and Sub-Contractors.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma graduate holder in Engineering of Electrical/Electronic of Mechanical or equivalent
2. Required language (s):Bahasa Malaysia Mandarin, English
3. Minimum 5 year (s) of working experience in related
4. Able to communicate effectively and co-ordinate the efforts of multiple resources
5. Possess quality awareness,good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Independent and pro-active attitude in well experienced and directly involved in construction activities co-ordination works.
7. Preferred Mandarin speaking candidates.
