Description :: • Transact, monitor and manage trade compliance recordkeeping.
• Produce and analyze reports from existing information systems made available.
• Analyze contracts and transactions to identify potential trade compliance issues.
• Provide advice and guidance on trade compliance matters.
• Review of all export/import shipping documentations for routine shipments. Occasionally required to prepare documentation for non-routine shipment.
• Coordinate shipments with transporters, freight forwarders, customers, suppliers and other internal stakeholders including Sales, Contracts, Purchasing, Logistics, and Planning in respect of trade compliance matter to prevent trade disruptions.
• Assist with analysis of export and import regulations, and tracking of changes.
• Perform other related duties as directed.
Requirements :: • At least Advance Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in logistics, warehousing and/or trade compliance matters in manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare and review international shipping documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill, and export license; including consignee information, INCOTERMS, harmonized tariff code and nomenclature, country of origin, customs value, export classification, and license data.
