- •Lead and manage R&D and Engineering related projects including chip, material, equipment, process, tooling and package design and development.
•Source, evaluate, analyze and make recommendations on new products, design, materials and cost improvement to enhance competitive edge.
•Support Engineering, Maintenance and Production (Test) related activities or projects.
•Ensure continuous improvement in quality, cost, yield and process performance meeting company set goals - Requirements :
- Experience:
•2 to 3 years working experience in Semiconductor Industry, preferably in Opto electronics environment.
•Good report writing and data analysis skills are required. Knowledge of lead frame design, design software like ACAD, Solidworks will have added advantage.
•Candidates with longer years of experience can be considered for senior post.
•Fresh candidates with necessary skills are also encouraged to apply.
Education:
•Degree or Master Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
•Candidates holding other Engineering degrees with necessary experience will be considered.
Skills Required:
•Good knowledge on Test System, Test Equipment & C/C++ test programming.
•SPC/SQC Tools, FMEA, DOE, 8D problem solving skills.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•Self-motivated, high initiative and achievement orientated.
•Ability to work under minimum supervision.
•Excel, Power Point, Words, Minitab, MS Project, ACAD
