- Perform preventive maintenance service on DCS & FSC system (computer equipment and controllers) according to schedules for all the customers’ site.
Maintain performance and condition of equipment at customers’ site.
Conduct corrective service and repair / restoration works where and when necessary.
Diagnosing system breakdown & trouble-shooting.
Responsible for preparing and maintaining technical reports document and customer system backup files.
Perform audit check and updates at customers’ site on spare parts stock level.
Attend safety and technical training from time to time.
Maintaining excellent rapport and healthy working relationship with customers.
Additional or new responsibilities shall be assigned from time to time as when necessary - Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
Good knowledge in electrical & electronic circuit and trouble shooting
Reliable, flexible, dependable, proactive and not afraid of hard work.
Must be a team player and willingness to cooperate at all times.
Possesses own transport. Extensively travel may be required within short notice.
Training /on-the-job training will be provided to the right candidates
Knowledge in computer will be an advantage.
