- Manage and lead the Compliance and Checkpoint team to drive improvement and supports the Sales and Operation on Compliance and Checkpoint requirements.
Evaluate and interpret all company government Export & Import regulations including US & EU also the in and out movement of each country with business to company
Oversee and manage regulation compliance for Embargoed and Sanctioned countries including Nuclear Sales.
Plan, develop, and conduct export, re-export and import compliance / logistics training at company.
Set up new process/procedure and update procedure for improvement to ensure seamless execution and all internal staffs are aware and adhere to the process given.
Work closely with AP HQ Checkpoint and legal team to ensure corporate guideline adherence and provide feedback for improvement.
Develop and manage compliance metrics tracking and reporting; create various reports with target markers and trend-lines.
Work with sales contract administrators to ensure Checkpoint compliance with Term & Conditions and confirm if transaction check list, due diligence and buyout process are followed.
Act as a single point of contact for Division Trade Compliance issues and activities.
Adhere to corporate guidelines as defined or given from Business Units, Regional Office - Requirements :
- University Degree/ Diploma in Law, preferably with compliance background with minimum 3 years work experience in related industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skill.
Action oriented with strong focus driving the process and procedure implementation. - Lowest Qualification :
