Description :: •Perform testing, installation & commissioning of equipment and system
•Provide on-site troubleshoot & technical support services such as on-site training to customers on software applications, hardware usage and etc
•Give constructive suggestions to design changes to reduce cost of installing and maintaining the equipment, ways to improve the installation/training process and etc
•Establish good customer relationship
•Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :: •Minimum NITEC or higher NITEC in Electrical / Electronic or any engineering field with at least 2 to 3 years working experience in related industries
•Good Electrical knowledge to understand wiring diagrams, in order to carry out troubleshooting
•Possess Driving License
•Experience in computer, networking or surveillance is preferred
•Preferable have soldering skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Possess positive working attitude
•5 working day per week
