Description :: 1. Evaluate and improve processes with focus on scrap and continuous improvement.
2. Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers
3. Develops innovative solutions.
4. Develops Processes.
5. Improves process capability and production volumes.
6. Ensures quality output of moulded components.
7. Reviews, evaluates, and recommends improvements in blowing processes for a new existing tooling, including all blowing machine parameters.
8. Conducts investigations on slow/problematic machine process, process and tool designs
9. Develops root cause analysis and determines countermeasures and documents method for corrective actions.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
