- - Represent the Production Engineer/Executive in his absence.
- Executes, controls, co-ordinates and manages the shift to fulfill designated target.
- Ensure Processes are running following the defined process Specification to achieve the Quality standard.
- Implements corrective measures arising from Process Control results, Customer returns (QMR), FAR, DDM and Q data for improvement of Product Quality and Reliability.
- Recruits operators.
- Ensures operating staff are continuously trained, upgraded and as per Training/ Recertification program.
- Plan leave for all shift staff in the optimum way without risking the Production running.
- Ensures lines are run in accordance with stipulated Safety Health and Environment regulations.
- Esures all equipment on the line are regularly calibrated, audited and serviced following the Preventive Maintenance Program.
- Requirements :
- - Cert/Dip in any relevant Engineering course.
- Min 3years of supervisory working experience, preferably from a manufacturing sector.
- Possesses good leadership and supervisory skills. * Able to perform shift routine.
