Description :: General Purpose
- To repair Digital Camera, DSLR Camera and HandyCam. Resolving immediate problem faced by customer and recover the functionality within fixed time frame

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Disassemble equipment to gain access to defect, using hand tools
- Adjust cameras, photographic mechanisms, or equipment such as range and view finders, shutters, light meters, or lens systems, using hand tools
- Clean and lubricate cameras and polish camera lenses, using cleaning materials and work aids
- Measure parts to verify specified dimensions or settings, such as camera shutter speed or light meter reading accuracy, using measuring instruments
- Test equipment performance, focus of lens system, diaphragm alignment, lens mounts, or film transport, using precision gauges
- Calibrate and verify accuracy of light meters, shutter diaphragm operation, or lens carriers, using timing instruments
- Requisition parts or materials
- Cleans, or adjusts mechanical parts to maintain camera' operating efficiency and to prevent breakdowns or repeat return for repair. Ensuring units meets all assembly and quality criteria to achieve high customer expectation
- Compares findings with the customer’s reported problem and advises customer call center of failures found
- Advises customer call center concerning repair problem if beyond repair, or requests approval for advanced repair
- Ensure successful and efficient repair of units
- Be the team lead and other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager
Requirements :: - High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Good hands on skill in assemble and disassemble DSLR camera and Handycam
- 1 year of trouble shooting experience in photographic equipment (camera, lenses, flash)
- Preferred candidate must have basic training in focus and alignment of lens system
Lowest Qualification :: Higher Diploma
