Description :: •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirement for the listed company and private subsidiaries
•Convening and attending all board, committee and shareholders meetings including drafting of minutes, pre-meeting preparations and post meeting actions
•To review or prepare resolutions and statutory documents
•Making announcements to Bursa Malaysia and submission to authorities
•To prepare annual report, circular to shareholders and assist in corporate exercises
•To ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documents
•Responsibility for compliance
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a LL.B (Hons) / ICSA and qualified Company Secretary
•At least 8 to 10 years working experience preferably with exposure in public listed companies
•Familiar with requirements of Companies Act, 1965, Companies Commission Malaysia requirements, Bursa Malaysia Listing requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance and other relevant Securities Commission guidelines
•Positive working attitude, meticulous and able to meet deadlines
•Possess good interpersonal skills and capable to communicate with all levels
•A good team player and able to work with minimum supervision
•Proficient in written and spoken English
