Description :: •Hands-on preparation and strong knowledge of Consolidation Group Accounts.
•Coordination and consolidate of Annual Group Budgets, including cash flow budget/planning.
•Assist in Annual audit report to ensure statutory compliance.
•Liaison with tax agents and external auditors.
•Assist in preparation of monthly & quarterly report for management review.
•Other ad hoc duties as prescribed by Group Financial Controller to assist in achieving Finance & Accounts Department objectives.
Requirements :: •Qualified Accountant with one of the recognised Accountancy bodies or equivalent (ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
•A member of MIA.
•Minimum 5 years solid post quantifying working experiences in Group Consolidation Accounts.
•Familiar with MFRS.
•Fair knowledge of Bursa Listing requirements.
•Analytical, meticulous and able to work independently under tight timeline.
