Description :: •Coordinate warehouse activities by overseeing receiving, storage, picking, planning of deliveries and discrepancies stock reporting
•Monitor inventory and stock information to ensure accuracy and stock level
•Conduct regular physical monthly cycle count and yearly stock count and prepare related reports
•Responsible for smooth operation of the warehouse including manpower planning and good housekeeping
•To ensure weekly/monthly warehouse reports are prepared, generated and submitted to the management on time
•Ensure full compliance to warehouse safety standards
•Assist in any adhoc activities as assigned from time to time
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehousing or equivalent
•Required language(s): Good command of both spoken & written Bahasa Malaysia and English
•Preference to those with minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity in conventional distribution & warehouse environment
•Computer literate and hands-on to prepare warehouse-related reports
•Able to work as a team, proactive and possess positive attitude and energetic
•Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
•Able to start immediately would be an added advantage
