Description :: • Manage the maintenance activities of machines and production equipment
• Manage and organize duties of the maintenance staff
• Ensure the daily activity log, scheduled jobs, check lists are completed by the maintenance staff
• Ensure that all breakdown jobs / calls are responded to in a timely and effective manner
• Arranging SOPs for all machines which required for ISO 9001
• Submit and update monthly reports for maintenance staff results plus the machines break down times to the HOD
• Responsible for operate, monitor and maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) of plant utilities
• Ensure safe and clean working conditions. Well maintaining the building exterior, interior, site and grounds
• Plan, budget and schedules non-manufacturing facility modifications on related costs
• Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facility expansion
• 5S coordination and maintainance of electrical equipments
• Attend to staff grievances and arrange training courses for maintenance staff
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Engineering(Mechanical) or equivalent
• At least 3 years working experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Good written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Must be discipline and and multi tasking
