Description :: •SALES GROWTH MANAGEMENT
◦To achieve individual sales target through active sales activities.
◦To identify business opportunity, establish and maintain long term business relationship with existing and potential customers.
◦To ensure that the proper billing and documentation related to sales is completed.
◦To ensure optimum sales margin is met.

•CREDIT MANAGEMENT AND BAD DEBT COLLECTION
◦To assist optimal bill collection, prioritizing and initiating collection activities for overdue payment, pursuing payment from customer for overdue payment and verifying letter of credit, etc.
◦To ensure that customers’ credit exposure is at an acceptable level by reviewing and analyzing the credit limit of client.

•DEPARTMENTAL COST CONTROL
◦To ensure monthly expenses is met to budget and execute improvement programme for cost down purpose.

•CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION MANAGEMENT
◦To create customer master record for system maintenance.
◦To ensure adequate communication with the customers on the order status, vessel booking, etc. and decide on follow up action.
◦To provide customers’ feedback and information to the Product development and QA Department for service and product improvement.
◦To review the production, delivery schedule and loading plan to ensure on time and accurate delivery in order to fulfill customer needs.

•OTHER RELATED TASKS
◦To perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operations.
Requirements :: •A good Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering.
•Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
•Dynamic, outgoing with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Aggressive, result-oriented and highly motivated with the determination to succeed.
•A fast learner and able to work under minimum supervision.
•Good command of English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
•Initiative and ability to work independently.
