Description :: JOB PURPOSE:
• Manage the finance accountancy functions in compliance with financial reporting standards.
• Ensure the effective and efficient operation of these functions so that they contribute to achievement of the company’s objectives
• Ensure that company’s assets are property safeguarded through the establishment of adequate internal controls.
• Provide quality, reliable and timely financial information for strategic management decision making and ensure conformance to accounting standards and local regulations requirements.
• Responsible for financial data integrity.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Accounting & Management
• Ensure reasonable accuracy in financial management reporting.
• Ensue compliance generally accepted accounting standars.
• Implement financial system to improve reporting efficiency and timeliness.
Costing/Financial Planning
• Establish methods for product costing and budgets
• Provide comparative evaluations of actual cot against budget, and variance explanations.
• Prepare capital expenditure investment analysis
• Analyze and report on the income statement and balance sheet trends Audit/Tax
• Liaise with tax consultants in the preparation and filing of tax return
• Liaise with External Auditors in the review of company records for both annual statutory audit and other ad-hoc audits.
Treasury/Cash Management
• Responsible for cash and assets management, credit administration, capital expenditures review and control, foreign exchange transactions, banking relations.
Other
• Monitor the financial activities are in line with the requirement of the exchange control regulation in Malaysia.
• Monitor the LMW report are properly prepared and submit to the Custom dept.
• To keep track of proper statutory records for the company
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least Higher/Post Graduate Diploma,Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate (ACCA/CPA) In Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to meet high standards and tight deadlines.
