Description :: • Oversee projects related to process and product quality improvements based on internal and external quality indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing systems that improve quality performance and ensure sustainable results.
• Oversight of complex measurement systems and methods and coordinating the necessary training associated with those elements.
• Execute all phases of Six Sigma, design of experiment and problem solving tools.
• Monitoring and control the chemical’s parameter by conducting analytical analysis of data required to understand a problem and develop solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, quality data, manufacturing process data, dimensional data, engineering data, etc.
• Provide technical inputs for incident investigation considering an integral perspective (manpower, method, machines, material, and measurement), documenting problem, root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Participate in the formulation for new product development.
• Analyze and interpret the test date, preparation of the report.
• Plan and develop the project schedules, standard operating procedures for the projects.
• Establishing, implementing and maintaining the chemical parameter and quality management system .
• To undertake other ad-hoc corporate assignments as may be required from time to time by the management.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Industrial/ Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Related job experience as Chemical Process Engineering, Quality Assurance Engineer, or Operations Management is highly desirable.
• Working experience in rubber glove or rubber industry will be an added advantages; Fresh graduates are invited to apply.
• Strong technical knowledge and good practice in insurance risk control is essential.
• Required skill (s) : performing all task necessary to achieve the organization goals;
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to communicate confidently, effectively, and diplomatically at all levels.
• Strong management and leadership skills on the ability to drive the organization;
• Ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently;
• Proactive and able to work effectively within multi-functional and cross-cultural team;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Overseas travelling will be required.
• Must be willing to work with and around chemicals, machines, and clean room operations.
