Description :: •Support PL applications development and modification
•Performing applications CRs (Change Request) from Application Owner on request basis. CRs implementation will be prioritize according to urgent needs.
•Communication with Application Owner to obtain more information regarding the CRs to be implemented, propose man days estimation of development effort.
•Handling of SCM Planning application release process.
•Involve and participate in project activity.
•Receive and handling of Remedy HD (Helpdesk Incidents) and CR (Change Request) Tickets from 1st level Helpdesk Support Team. The application Remedy serves as the central Infineon ticketing platform.
•Assists in solving incidents where the 1st level Helpdesk Team is unable to solve. Collaborate with SCM Planning developers and application owner to find for solutions. In some situation, perform a problem management i.e. root caused analysis why certain similar problem reoccur and propose a solution to fix it.
Requirements :: •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
•Working experience of 3-5 years in Supply Chain Management - Planning area
•Proficient in both written and spoken English
•Added advantage : experienced in development life cycle (preferable on C#.Net)
•Off office hours standby support
