Description :: - Responsible to ensure all aspects of QA/QC plans and procedures are implemented and quality objectives being achieved.
- Responsible to develop and prepare QA plan for projects.
- Responsible to take preventive measures and minimize non- conformities.
- Responsible to ensure quality issues are addressed and resolved immediately.
- Responsible to lead and supervise all inspections and QA/QC personnel.
- Responsible to interpret standards and codes used in Oil and Gas and Petrochemical Industries.
- Responsible to promote Quality awareness among company staff and ensure compliance and implementation of ISO 9000 QMS by all departments.
- Responsible to provide support to project team in meeting quality assurance standards during project implementation.
- Responsible to conduct audits or quality compliance at project sites on a regular basis.
- Analysis of IQA reports pertaining to the performance of the Quality System and provide proposal for improvement for review by the Management.
- Responsible for ISO certificate renewal which include liaison with external auditor and ensure compliance with all ISO requirements during the surveillance audit.
Requirements :: - Degree or Diploma in Engineering or QA qualification
- Minimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC works for Oil and Gas and Petrochemical Industries
- Good knowledge of ASME standard and project quality system
- Analytical mind with good problems-solving skill
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
