Description :: - Responsible for overall management and supervision of procurement and logistic functions.
- Responsible to establish and implement procurement strategies and policies.
- Responsible to plan and forecast procurement needs for all projects.
- Responsible for sourcing and negotiation with suppliers for buying materials, consumables and tools, supplies and equipment in a timely manner and ensure compliance of project quality standards, specification and budget.
- Follow through and keep track all the purchases and ensure timely delivery to site
- Preparation of status report for material deliveries and stock status.
- Responsible to establish and manage up to date vendors’ database and ensure effective relationship with all vendors.
- Responsible to control and administrate all tools, consumables and construction equipment and ensure up to date monthly logistic report.
- Responsible to ensure the allocation of tools and equipment from store yard to project site in a cost effective and timely manner.
- Responsible to assist in estimation and material take off for tender
- Responsible to ensure procurement and logistic functions are in compliance of all internal control policies and procedures, ISO and accounting audit requirements.
- Responsible to train, coach and motivate all subordinates.
Requirements :: - Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 year experience in related field
- Exposure in oil and gas procurement process
- Good negotiation, communication and expediting skills
- Independent, self-motivated and team player
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
