- Job Scope & Responsibilities
- In-charge and responsible for the QA procedures set up and QC activities for the overall organization.
- To assist the management to lead the organization towards the ISO 9001 standard.
- To supervise and monitor the QC dept’s daily manpower arrangement, QC activities, QC reports writing, QC inspection results and etc.
- To conduct QC meeting to review the IQC, IPQC and final QC inspection results and etc.
- To provide and review the analysis of data (i.e.: pass rate and defective rate from IQC, IPQC and final QC inspection, supplier performance and etc) with production personnel during the production meeting.
- To ensure equipment calibration, documents control and records control are implemented and maintained as per ISO 9001 requirement.
- Any other QA related job functions. - Requirements :
- - Diploma in any of the engineering field (Mechanical, Mechatronics and Materials Engineering, etc.).
- At least 2-3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment with similar position level, preferably with ISO certified company.
- Preferably with experience in tools & dies fabrication industry but not compulsory.
- Computer literate, fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
