Description :: - Responsible to issue invoices to customers
- Responsible to prepare monthly customer statements
- Responsible to update customer files with issued invoices
- Process credit note if required
- Responsible to update the customer master file with contact information
- Enter invoices into customer invoicing both CRM and accounting system
- Responsible to prepare transmittal note before sending out the invoices
- Responsible to liaise with accounting department on the payment received
- Call client to update on the payment (when necessary)
Requirements :: - Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Able to manage full set of accounts, preparation of relevant accounting reports
