- - Responsible to assist Production Manager to develop overall production strategy for the company.
- Responsible to be accountable for overall activities in production department especially achieving production yield, 5S etc.
- Responsible to identify and select new methods in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the production activities including improving productivity and quality.
- Responsible to liaise with department heads for enhancing interdepartmental activities.
- Responsible to establish training program for staff and job rotation.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirement
- Any other roles and responsibilities assigned by Production Manager. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- At least of 5 years of working experience in manufacturing.
- Good Planning, organizing and problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
