- Responsible to prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase orders, payrolls, reports, and other financial records for entry into computer software.
 
Requirements :
- Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Admin / Accounts or equivalent with min. 2 years of working experience in related position.
- Accounts / Admin Assistant must possess at least an accounting certificate, process financial records such as bills, invoices, accounts payable and receivable. Able to perform many other administrative or clerical duties as part of their job.
- Proficiency in written & spoken English & BM, MS Word, & Excel is required.
- Good typing speed and accuracy, an advantage.
- Independent, pleasant personality, self motivated, trustworthy and hardworking
- To have self discipline with a pleasant & mature personality.
