Description :: - Responsible to oversee and manage the development of building service and maintenance works including preventive maintenance, service management, contract administration, service site management, liaison with authorities, consultants and maintenance team.
- Experience in trouble-shooting, upgrading and maintenance work.
- Responsible to ensure that the team is managing the flow of the maintenance works.
- Responsible to coach & manage the maintenance team, carry out performance appraisal and build competent teams.
- Responsible to communicate & organize meetings and provide regular update to the management and maintenance teams.
Requirements :: - Possess Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/ Building Services) or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in building services management or building services lead roles.
- Excellent Customer Service skills and able to interact with different level of people.
- Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good verbal & written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be a team-player to be successful in this role.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, initiative, planning and organization, people management and communication skills.
- Proven experience in report writing and making presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Positive mindset and able to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced environment.
- Possess drive, motivation and resourcefulness to achieve the company’s objectives.
