- - Ensure timely completion of all planning and scheduling in the ERP system to ensure availability of products in meeting customers’ orders/requirements.
- Create production plan and input into the system.
- Monitor customer open order to ensure customer order is fulfilled.
- Liaise closely with Customer Service (CS) team to ensure compliance of order and notify CS team of any deviations.
- Order & call-off raw material, issue purchase orders and ensure timely placement and delivery of raw material to be in line with production planning requirements.
- Perform other related tasks from management
- Requirements :
- - Have at least 1- 2 years of working experience in the related field (planning or procurement or supply chain)
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced working environment.
- Good written and oral communication in Bahasa Inggeris.
- Computer literate
