Description :: - To perform laptop & PC upgrade and attend to IT PC/ laptop operation support.
- Manage hardware/software database, inventory and licensing.
- To provide technical support on user/technical related issues of systems and operations in the goal of achieving optimum uptime.
- To provide user training and ensuring best practices and standard are employed and keep system related documentation.
Requirements :: - Possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience with demonstrated competency in providing executive level support.
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written) is required.
