- The successful candidate is someone who is able to define quality, test, and supplier failure/defect data needs and be responsible for monitoring the progressive yield of the red label builds, generate action plans and present to the NPI and operation team.
They will be able to analyze data in order to determine top failure modes, validate failure modes with DFM analysis tools, and pareto top producibility problems causing site inventory/delivery issues for NPI products and drive them into Integrated Product Delivery and Support (IPDS) phases to guide design and process improvement decisions.
In addition to above, the successful candidate will have the understanding of geometric tolerancing and standard drafting practices, with demonstrated ability to read and interpret electronics schematics, BOM, engineering drawings, tool drawings, MOT's, EWI's and other technical documents associated with manufacturing hardware. - Requirements :
