Description :: - Ability to direct, motivate, lead and manage the overall operations of the Sales and Marketing team so as to achieve the budgeted revenue including increasing the customers base and maintaining current customers.
- Responsible to conduct and evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitors’ data to establish comprehensive understanding of customers, products and competitors.
- Responsible to develop and execute effective Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve profitability goals and business objectives.
- Responsible to identify and penetrate new product and market opportunities.
- Work hand in hand with R&D team on product development for existing and potential customers.
- Responsible in preparation of monthly reports for timely reporting to GM and Head Office.
Requirements :: - Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing,Business Administration or related field of studies.
- Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in FMCG industry. Experience in toiletries or household products is an added advantage.
- Good strategy development planning and business presentation skills.
- Good networking and influencing skills.
- Dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
