Description :: - Responsible to communicate with customers, employees and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints.
- Responsible to answer telephone, direct calls and take messages. Also responsible to entertain each incoming emails from clients.
- Responsible to compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.
- Responsible to complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices and etc.
- Responsible to operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines and personal computer.
- Responsible to compute, record and proofread data and other information such as records or reports.
- Responsible to maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems
- Responsible to complete work schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments/meetings.
- Process and prepare documents, such as business or government forms, expenses and project reports.
- Any tasks as assigned from the Head of Department, technical team and support team.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Professional Certificate, any field.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required languages (Bahasa Malaysia, English)
- Required skills (MS Excel, MS Words)
- Must posses own transport.
- Must be able to do overtime and work under pressure.
- Must be well organized and responsible
