- - Represent Lean methodology in the Company and support Continuous Improvement / Lean programs execution
- Responsible to encourage teamwork during task execution
- Responsible to take on responsibility as Project Assistant to support the improvement projects
- Responsible to identify potential process improvement projects
- Responsible to provide statistical data and project progress report as required
- Responsible to perform assignment by applying standard industrial engineering on Lean method and tools
- Responsible to provide statistical data for VSM to identify current state for the future improvement
- Train and coach team members on basic CIP tools
- Need to conduct continuous improvement training
- Responsible to support Lean event and able to promote Lean methodology
- Responsible to comply with and support Environmental, Health & Safety policies, rules and regulations at all times
-Any other tasks as assigned - Requirements :
- - Minimum Diploma holder in any fields with 2 years working experience in a related field
- Have experience and knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing Methodology
- Display proficiency in areas of responsibility and implement improvements
- Able to make simple scheduling & execute plans accordingly and on time basis
- Good public presentation
- Willing to learn and accept new ideas
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English and Bahasa Melayu)
- Good computer skills (MS Office i.e. Power Point, Word and Excel) - Lowest Qualification :
