Description :: - Being a painting inspection and supervising and planning with a few year of experience in offshore platform, Oil & Gas, Ship Repair, Tank Coating, Refinery, Plant, Underground Piping, Container, Tank Storage, Insulation, Offshore, Onshore, Conveyor, Jetty and others.
- Able to supervising, planning and schedule work activities Blasting/Painting for Offshore and Onshore Job. Able to do work Estimation on Blasting and Painting work on day required area which include Area Calculation, Materials consumption e.g. Paint, Blasting abrasive, Manpower Planning etc. Able to do Inspection Job for Blasting and Painting according to Quality Control and Operate Inspection Instrument e.g. Hygrometer, Surface Profile Gauge, Dry and Wet Film Thickness gauge, Low and High voltage Holiday Detector and all other inspection Equipment. Familiar with all type of Surface Preparation Standard such as SA 3, SA 2.5, SA 2, Power Tool (ST3) and Hand Tool (ST2) etc. Able to conduct Paint Test Panel for Paint Qualification of each Project e.g. Application, Holiday Test, Pull out Test and Production Test.
- Familiar with the Painting System e.g. T.S.A Coating, pipeline coatings/C.S.P/pipe laying HSS (Heat shrink sleeve/PU foam etc.), Epoxy/Polyester(Baltoflake) UVHB/XHB Glass flake 1 Coat system, Normal Temperature 3 Coat System and 4 Coat System, High Temperature 2 Coat System, coating on Galvanize Surface, PFP (Chartex VII and Thermo lag 3000) Safety Painting System, Internal and External Coating, Experience in Ship Repair/Shipbuilding, Tank and Pressure Vessels, Internal and External Coating Pipes, Oil Rig and Production Platform, Refinery, Fertilizer and Pipe Wrapping for Civil Works (underground pipe) etc.
Requirements :: - Diploma or Degree in any engineering field
- Min 3 years experience in related hydro blasting/blasting & painting works
- Languages (Written & Spoken): English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Operating System (Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel
- Obtained OGSP / CIDB / any additional certificate will be an added advantages
i.e IMM, BGAS, Icorr or NACE
