Description :: - Responsible for tenders, preparing detailed cost estimates and Bills of Material.
- Facilitate pricing and prepare tender packages within schedules and monitor tender submission deadline and result.
- Responsible to liaise with internal and external customers for tender document clarifications.
- Responsible to review tender specifications and coordinate with relevant functions to gather all information required for tender submission.
- Responsible to participate in proposals strategy discussions, coordinate with operational and supporting groups that provide data for proposals preparation for submission.
- Responsible to review the data provided, ensure consistency and compatibility of all parts of proposals compile and assume responsibility for completed proposals.
- Any other Job responsible as deem relevant and assign by the Senior Manager-Operation.
- Possess strong presentation, communication & interpersonal skills and able to build a good rapport with customers
Requirements :: - Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field i.e Ex Solar Power System / Ex Battery Charger System / Ex Switchrack or Navigational Aids System is required for this position.
- Ability to work on own initiatives and to operate under tight schedules and deadlines.
