- Significant previous wireline experience including operational and engineering or technical support role.
- Familiar with the use of improvement tools and processes.
- Good knowledge of the industry and site safety requirements.
- At least 10 years of working experience.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication & motivational skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Adaptable to change with a desire for working in a dynamic organization
